gwpy.data.Series enhancements

This PR introduces a number of enhancements to the gwpy.data.Series object, mainly from pushing methods from the gwpy.timeseries.TimeSeries upstream.

This exposes those methods to all downstream classes, including the Spectrogram, eliminating the need for the gwpy.timeseries.common module.

Included in this PR is a new gwpy.data.Array.copy_metadata method, and improvements to a number of tests.
