Update documentation references for lscsoft-glue and LALSuite

This PR fixes #1717 (closed) by updating the documentation references for lscsoft-glue and LALSuite.

In particular, lscsoft-glue has moved to sphinx (a long time ago) so we no longer need the (vendored) epydoc sphinx extension module.
