Improved PyCBC conversion methods

This PR fixes bugs and improves functionality in the {TimeSeries,FrequencySeries}.{to,from}_pycbc conversion methods, and the unit tests of those methods. This also adds a new example showing calculating the SNR for the GW150914 event detection.
