Deprecated custom Axes properties

This PR deprecates the following custom Axes properties

  • Axes.xlabel
  • Axes.xlim
  • Axes.logx
  • Axes.ylabel
  • Axes.ylim
  • Axes.logy

These don't really add functionality, have never been documented, and are a pain to maintain.
